General Instructions for the Submission of
Research Abstracts and Case Reports
Thematic Scope:
Research Abstracts and/or Case Reports will be received on the topic of Paracoccidioidomycosis and other endemic systemic mycoses.
The submission deadline has been extended to:

Submission Guidelines:
- Submission Method: Submissions must be made through the designated web page (Restricted Area). Submissions via other means (e.g., email, fax) will not be accepted. The web page will be available until the closing date of 30/10/2024. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered.
- Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English. Abstracts in other languages will not be evaluated.
- Format: The recommended format for sending Research Summaries and Case Reports can be found in the sequence below.
- Confirmation of Submission: After submitting the abstract, you will receive a notification confirming that it has been entered into the system for evaluation. This notification does not constitute proof of acceptance.
- Peer Review: Abstracts will undergo a peer review process. The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee. You will be informed of the decision via the contact email provided, within the stipulated time frame.
- Registration Requirement: Authors of submitted abstracts must be registered for the event.

Registration Options: In-Person and Online Attendance
We are excited to offer two registration options for the “International Conference on Paracoccidioidomycosis: Challenges & Milestones in the 21st Century (PCM XXI)”: in-person and online attendance.
Each option is designed to provide unique benefits to accommodate your needs and preferences.
In-Person Attendance
Attending the conference in person offers a reduced registration fee to help offset the costs of accommodation and travel to Campo Grande. This option provides a more immersive experience with greater opportunities for networking, collaboration, and direct engagement with experts in the field. Enjoy face-to-face interactions, participate in real-time discussions, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the conference firsthand.
Online Attendance
For those who prefer the flexibility of remote participation, our online attendance option allows you to attend the conference from anywhere in the world. As an online attendee, you will have access to all conference sessions and materials remotely. Additionally, you can watch the recorded sessions at your convenience for up to six months after the event. This option ensures that you won’t miss any valuable content, even if you have scheduling conflicts during the live sessions.
ATTENTION: to send your abstract or case report it is not necessary to purchase access, just register using the button on the side. You can purchase access to the event later on the same account.
