Instructions for Creating and Submitting Posters

Template

  • The poster should be prepared according to the Poster Template.

Responsibility:

  • The responsibility for the content and submission of the poster lies with the author/presenter.

Language:

  • The written text on the poster must be in English.
  • The oral presentation is recommended to be in the presenter’s native language

Event Logo:

  • The event logo must be placed in the upper right corner of the poster.

Content and Layout:

  • Use appropriate language for oral presentations in a poster format, with text distributed in bullet points and the inclusion of figures. Ensure the content is clear, concise, and visually appealing.

Author Identification:

  • In the list of authors, the presenter should be indicated with an underline. The presenting author does not necessarily need to be the first author.

Submission:

  • The poster should be submitted in the “restricted area” by December 1, 2024, in .pdf format.

By adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure your poster meets the event’s standards and is ready for effective presentation.

Regarding The Banner Design:

  • The event logo must be placed in the upper RIGHT corner of the banner.
  • We recommend using appropriate language for oral presentations in a banner format, with text distributed in bullet points and the use of figures.
  • The poster template for printing is available by clicking on the image below.
  • In the list of authors, the presenter should be indicated with an underline. The presenting author does not necessarily need to be the first author.
